The first house in Mananthavady Diocese started on Feb 14, 2004. The congregation purchased 1 acre of land and decided to construct a building to start a Ladies' hostel. Bishop Mar Kuriakose Kunnachhery laid the foundation stone on January 30, 2003. The physical presence of Bishop Mar Mathew Moolakkattu and Late Bishop Mar Emmanual Pothanamkuzhy, the Bishop of Mananthavady blessed this function. Bishop Mar Kuriakose Kunnacherry blessed the newly constructed building on Feb 14, 2004. The members are Sr.Gertrude and Sr.Cicily. Sr. Gertrude, Sr. Reena, Sr. Lisby, Sr. Therese/Sr. Merlin, Sr. Joan and Sr. Silvy were served there as superior and hostel in charge. At present Sr. Jessin is serving as superior and hostel in charge.
