Intended to be a Study House for the Juniors, this was started on May 14, 1991, when the first batch of Juniors with Sr. Berchmans started staying in a rented building. Later a building was purchased and it was blessed on June 23, 1991 by Rev. Dr. Jacob Kollaparambil. The refurnished House was officially blessed and inaugurated on August 18, 1991 by Bishop Mar Kuriakose Kunnacherry. The Patron of the Chapel is St. Pius X.
The Juniors attend a course in Theology in Gnanodaya, in preparation for the final Profession.
The first members of this House are Srs. Benjamin, Sibeena, Deena, Lalitha, Anu, Alma, Thara, Divya, Denny, Sophia, Jeesa, Ann, Tomitha, Neena and Juby. Sr. Benjamin was the first Superior, followed by Sr. Sibeena, Sr.Tessy and Sr.Linet, Sr. Lucina, Sr. Crispin, Sr.Joan, Sr. Joan, Sr. Crispin, Sr. Johnsy and Sr. Liza Jose. At present Sr. Sophy is the superior of this convent.
