It was a long felt need to have a Home for the aged and sick members of the Congregation. With this intention a small house and the adjoining property of 2.02 hectares of land was purchased by the Congregation. This house was blessed by Bishop Mar Kuriakose Kunnacherry on February 24, 1995, the anniversary of his episcopal ordination. Sr. Joslin as Superior and Sr. Elsius are the first members of this House. Former Superiors are Sr. Elsius, Sr. Gonsalo, Sr.Benjamin, Sr. James, Sr. Jain Jose, Sr. Crispin, Sr. Jacob Sr. Johnsia and Sr. Daisy. Now Sr. Smitha is the Superior of the Convent.
